My leadership style is that of a builder. I'm here to identify and push early ideas into something great, compelling, effective. Along the way, I help cultivate my team's hard and soft skills — from guiding stronger execution and more strategic thinking to firming up confidence, presentation skills, and conflict resolution.

I firmly believe my hands should always be figuratively dirty, that good ideas come from everywhere, that all voices have value.

I'm a big picture thinker, but not at the expense of the small details. I'm buttoned-up and driven, but will never not find the humor in it all. Call me a what-if dreamer, call me a type A perfectionist — you'd be correct.

One of the best compliments I've ever received? When a long-ago boss told me I can write anything. I've applied that adaptability to creative direction, bringing a need and a willingness to devour what makes a brand tick, what makes its audience respond, what successes and weaknesses lie within the category, and what branding and marketing efforts would incur action and a stronger market share.

The first company I ever presented to was the CIA. Most of the clients were marketing types. One was a highly intimidating former field agent. They bought the campaign. My team won a Gold Student Addy. I like to think I can sell anything to anyone after that.
